Intelligence is cheap now. Taste isn’t.

Aewa Labs designs and builds AI-native applications — agents, copilots, and the full products around them.

The shift

Applications stopped being built the way you budgeted for.

Two years ago, an AI feature was a research project. Today it's a sprint. The teams that noticed are building things their competitors have on a 2029 roadmap.

The bottleneck moved. It's no longer engineering capacity — it's knowing what to build, and building it so it survives contact with real users, real data, and real cost per request.

That's the work we do.

What we do

Three ways we help. Most clients use two.

No research projects, no science experiments. Work that runs in your business in weeks, and that your team can actually operate once we hand it over.

01

AI That Does Real Work

We put AI where it saves real hours.

The repetitive work your team does every week — answering the same questions, retyping the same data, writing the same first drafts — handled by AI that plugs into the tools you already use.

Customer support assistants

Answers your customers' common questions from your own help content, day and night, and passes anything unusual to a person.

Document & data handling

Pulls the details out of invoices, forms, contracts and emails, and puts them where they belong. No more retyping.

Internal knowledge assistants

Your team asks a plain question and gets the answer from your own documents, instead of hunting through folders and old threads.

Drafting & summarising

First drafts of proposals, replies, reports and summaries — in your format and your tone, ready for a human to approve.

02

Websites & Applications

We build the product people actually use.

The website, the app, the customer portal, the admin screen your team lives in. Built on a codebase any developer can pick up later, and delivered in weeks rather than quarters.

Websites & landing pages

Fast, responsive, easy for you to update, and built to convert rather than just to look good.

Web applications

Customer portals, dashboards, booking systems, internal admin tools — the software your business runs on.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android, published to the stores, with the backend and admin behind them.

Integrations

Connect the tools you already pay for, so they stop needing a person in the middle copying between them.

03

Strategy & Enablement

We help you pick the right fights.

Most AI budgets get spent on the wrong thing. Before anyone builds anything, we look at how your business actually runs and tell you where AI earns its cost — and where it plainly doesn't.

Where AI helps review

A short, honest look at your workflows, and a ranked list of what is worth automating first.

Buy or build

Often something off the shelf already does the job for a fraction of the cost. We will tell you when that is the answer.

Team training

Practical sessions so your team uses AI well in daily work, instead of pasting things into a chatbot and hoping.

Someone to ask

An ongoing line to a senior person when a decision comes up, without putting one on the payroll.

The real work

What is left is the hard part.

A model will give you a thousand versions of anything, in a minute, for almost nothing. That was the hard part, and it is over.

What is left is the part that was always hard. Knowing which one is right. Knowing when none of them are. Knowing what to build in the first place, and what to leave alone.

We are not in the business of producing more.
We are in the business of deciding.

How we work

Four steps. You see something working in week two.

Most projects spend months on documents before anyone sees anything run. We go the other way — put something real in front of you early, then let what actually happens decide the rest.

00 Week 0

Frame — a half-day conversation, not a discovery phase.

We sit down with the people who actually know the problem, and leave with four things written down:

  • What success looks like, in a number you already track
  • What the AI is actually supposed to do, in one sentence
  • The one assumption most likely to be wrong
  • What “finished” means, agreed before we start

If we can't get there in a day, the problem isn't ready yet. We'll say so, rather than bill you to find that out slowly.

01 Weeks 1–2

Prove — we build the risky part first.

Not screens, not a plan. The one thing everything else depends on: can it read your documents accurately enough? Can it answer your customers correctly often enough to be worth having?

We try it on real examples from your business — your messy files, not a tidy demo — and show you how often it gets them right. Two weeks in, you have something working, a number, and a straight answer: worth doing, worth changing, or not worth doing.

You get: something you can try yourself, tested on your own examples, and an honest recommendation — including "don't".
02 Weeks 3–8+

Build — two-week rounds, something usable at the end of each.

Not a demo environment. Something you can put in front of a real customer or a real member of staff. Every round ends with a live version, a fresh check that it still gets things right, and a short note on what changed.

Going on the whole time, not bolted on at the end:

  • Checked against real examples every round, so it can't quietly get worse
  • Running costs tracked, so there is no surprise bill in month three
  • Security and privacy reviewed before anything goes live
  • Written down as we go, not scrambled together at the end
You get: the real thing, running, in your accounts and your name from day one.
03 Ongoing

Hand over — we build for the day we’re not here.

A simple dashboard that shows it is working. Plain instructions for what to do when something breaks. An alert if costs start climbing. Then sessions with your team until they can change it themselves without calling us.

Plenty of clients keep us on for the next thing. That should be a choice, not something you are stuck with.

You get: monitoring, plain-English instructions, and a team that understands how it works.

Show, don’t describe.

We would rather show you the wrong thing in week two than describe the right thing in month three.

Evidence before opinions.

“It feels better” is where the conversation starts. What the testing shows is where it ends.

You are in the room.

Shared chat, shared board, shared code. You see progress daily, not at milestones.

Small teams of good people.

Three strong people beat nine average ones, and need a tenth of the meetings.

Bad news travels fast.

If something slips or an assumption turns out wrong, you hear it that day. Always.

You leave able to run it.

Instructions, training and full access — so the handover is real rather than ceremonial.

Our bias

We will tell you not to build things. Regularly.

Plenty of problems are better solved by a rule, a form, a scheduled job, or a conversation with the team that owns the process. Recommending those costs us revenue in the short term and earns the engagement that actually matters in the long one.

Who we build for

The tools are the same everywhere. The job isn’t.

What we build for an accountancy firm and what we build for a warehouse run on the same tools and look nothing alike. The difference is where your team's hours actually go, and what counts as a mistake.

Professional services

Your expertise sits in people's heads and in old project folders. We make it findable, and take the first draft of proposals, reports and client replies off your team's desk.

Retail & e-commerce

The same customer questions, thousands of times a week. Where is my order, can I return this, does it come in blue. Answered around the clock, with anything unusual passed to a person.

Logistics & supply chain

The paperwork arrives as PDFs, scans and email attachments. We read delivery notes, invoices and customs forms into your system, and flag the ones that don't add up.

Finance & accounting teams

Invoices, receipts and statements that someone currently retypes. We pull the numbers out and match them up, so a person approves the work instead of copying it.

Clinics & healthcare admin

The paperwork side, not clinical decisions. Appointment queries, intake forms, insurance and billing admin — with patient data handled carefully and nothing decided by a machine.

Software & technology

Support that scales past your first hire, help documentation that answers itself, and the marketing site and internal dashboards around your product.

Not on this list? The work usually transfers. What changes is the vocabulary and the paperwork, and we pick that up in the first week.

Where we are

We’re early, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

Aewa Labs is a young company. We would rather build you a working piece of the thing in two weeks than show you a wall of client logos. Book a call and we'll tell you what we would do, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.

The gap between “we should build this” and “it’s live” is smaller than you think.

Tell us what you're trying to build. We'll tell you honestly whether AI belongs in it, what it takes, and how fast we can get there.

Usually a reply within three working days.
